All the machines and spare parts are provide the Triple service from our nation. To the machines in the maintain period, we will provide maintain service. The maintain policy are as follow:
(1) 7 days can change the buying units, the products if happen to any quality problem and lead to unable to use as normal, our shopping mall provide replacement service, except for the free gifts.
(2) The monitors and mainframe if happen to any quality problem, we can provide free replace service within a year.
(3) The quick consume parts are not belongs to the free repair within a year period, but we will provide the replace parts to the customers with cost price.
(4) The maintaining engineer can provide the door service as the customer requirement, , but the corresponding details please check the door service introduction.
